Everyone wants to have calves that make them standout from everyone else. In mens physique the calves are important because the upper part of the leg is covered by the long board shorts.

Leg Press Calf Raises 3 sets 10 reps
Seated Calf Raises 3 sets 15 reps
Single Legged Calf Raises 3 sets till failure

**Focus on the squeeze at the top and hold for a 2-3 count**
