Shock You Quads For New Growth

If you can't seem to get the growth in your quads that your looking for, this might be the post that will help take you to the new level to unlock new growth. Whenever i'm not happy with the development of my legs, i turn to this wokout below to shock my system and it seems to work every time. Note you can't do this workout all the time because of the stress it puts on your legs, once a month or once every 6 weeks whenever you need it will certainly take your legs to the next level.


Plateau Busting Quad Workout

Warm Up
5 Minutes Spin Bike
25 Body Weight Squats
Walking Lunges Full length of gym and back
10 Side Lunges Each Side

Workload
Leg Extensions 3 Sets x 10 Reps (Progressive Load)
Hamstring Curls 3 Sets x 10 Reps (Progressive Load)
Leg Press
1 Set x 2 Plates a side for 20 Reps
1 Set x 3 Plates a side for 30 Reps
1 Set x 4 Plates a side for 40 Reps
1 Set x 5 Plates a side for 50 Reps
1 Set x 6 plates a side for 60 Reps
** If you cannot do the required amount of reps, do not re-rack the weight, hold the tension on your legs even if you can only do one rep at a time until you reach the total amount**

Leg Press Calve Raises 4 Sets x 20 Reps
Single Legged Standing Body Weight Calf Raises 3 Sets x 15 Reps
