Fat Burner Workout #2

It's time to get shredded with this full body workout!

HIIT Spin Bike
5 Minute warm up with medium tension
1 Minute standing sprint with increased tension
1 Minute seated recovery back at medium tension

Alternate for a total of 8 sprints

Lower Body Plyometric Workout

20 Bodyweight Squats
20 Bodyweight Lungs (each side)
20 Bodyweight Side Lungs
10 Burpees

60 Seconds rest and repeat 5 times
