Cheat Meal Of The Week: Roast Beef Subway



My body was in need of a re-feed to keep it satisfied so i gave it a Roast Beef Sandwich from Subway. A cheat meal can be a very important part of your training just like working out or eating to macros the rest of the week. Not only does eating something that will satisfy your cravings help you mentally, but it also allows your body to refuel it's glycogen storage levels. Most cheat meals in North America are higher in carbohydrates and it's not a bad thing to indulge in them once or twice a week.

Subway Roast Beef Sandwich

Bread: Honey Oat
Toppings: Lettuce, Tomato, Green Peppers, Pickles, and Hot Peppers
Sauce: Sweet Onion
