Chocolate Muscle Oats Made Easy

For the past 2 weeks i've started my morning off with these muscle building oats that are very easy to prepare.

What you'll need

  • 2 Scoops Whey Protein
  • 1 Cup Oatmeal
  • Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • Cinnamon  
  • Mixed Berries
How To Make
Place all the ingredients above with the exception of the berries into a bowl and add 2 cups of water. Simply mix all the contents until they are mixed evenly. Microwave on high for 2 minutes, place berries on top and your ready to enjoy.
