Finish Your Chest & Tri Workout Off Strong
How To Do It:
This is a 5 step process that will take you to failure each time. First you want to place the smith machine on the very bottom notch and do pushups till failure, after that raise the bar up one notch so that you'll be more upright allowing you to do pushups again. Once you've reached failure again, continue raising the bar up one notch at a time until you've completed a total of 5 sets. At the end you'll almost be standing and your triceps will be on fire. You only need to do this once to finish off your workout and maximize your gains.
