Fat Burner Workout #4

Finish off the week strong with this fat burner workout that will have your metabolism spiked all day long.

Treadmill Sprints
5 Minute Warmup followed by intervals
15 Minutes - 90 second sprint, 60 seconds rest

Bodyweight Exercises (Back to Back)
50 jumping jacks
20 Burpees
20 Pushups
15 laying leg raises
20 Crunches

2 minute rest and repeat 3 times
