Ab Circuit For Washboard Abs
This is a circuit of 3 abs exercises that have been placed together and performed back to back to work all areas of your abdominal muscles and obliques. This will activate your abs and make you feel the burn once you've completed all 3 exercises. I recommend doing this circuit 3 to 5 times depending on your fitness level.

Hanging Leg Raises x 10
Barbell Rollout x 10
Ab Bicycle x 20
