Oatmeal Pancakes Made Easy

I've posted a couple different articles in the past on these oatmeal pancakes and I know you can find a hundred different versions online. With this post i wanted to show you the easiest and quickest way to make them so that you can spend more time doing what you love instead of cooking in the kitchen. I normally cook twice a week (Sunday, Wednesday) and on those two days i'll cook enough food for the upcoming 4 days. These muscle building pancakes are great because they have minimum ingredients and allow you to easily reach your desired macros all from clean sources.

What you'll need:
  • Oatmeal (old fashion or quick)
  • Egg Whites
  • Cinnamon
  • Water
For this you'll also need a blender, measuring cups, and a frying pan. Even the dishes that come from this are relatively low and manageable. Depending on your dietary needs will determine how much of each ingredient above that you place in the blender. The ones in the image above are 3/4 cup of oatmeal, 8 Egg White, Dash of Cinnamon, and 1/4 of water. Simply place all ingredients in a blender until they are mixed consistently (20 seconds). After its a smooth blend, poor the mixture into the frying pan and fry like a normal pancake. Once the frying pan is heated to medium heat, they only take 2 minutes on the bottom side and another 1 minute on the top to brown.

Repeating this process until you cook up the number of pancakes you need for the coming days is easy, little mess, and you'll have these in the fridge waiting for you to go. They can be packaged up and carried easy for meals on the go.
