Banana Loaf Recipe (Healthy Version Made Easy)

By following my blog i'm sure you've noticed that I come up with creative ways to make delicious recipes out of basic ingredients found in your typical athletes diet. Today's banana loaf recipe  is another example of something that is in line with my diet and can be created quickly and conveniently to take on the go. 


1/2 Cup of Oatmeal
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
4 Egg Whites
1 banana

Place all the above ingredients into a blender and blend till smooth (Approximately 20 seconds)

Once completely blended together, pour the mixture into a microwavable safe bowl and heat for 2.30 to 3.00 minutes depending on your microwave. You'll know when it's ready once the entire loaf is firm (Muffin like texture).

Remove from the bowl and place on a plat flat side up. If you'd like you can top it with peanut butter or low sugar jar based off your nutritional requirements.
