Superbowl Bison Burger with Spicy Corn

Power up your Superbowl meal with this great dish that will not only taste amazing but provide you with muscle building protein and carbohydrates. This Bison burger is stacked double high with half pound patties on a whole wheat bun and a side of Spicy Corn

Bison Burger Patty
1 lb (500 grams or 16 Oz.) ground Bison (Can also use Beef, Chicken, Thurkey)
1 Egg
2 Tablespoons of Ground Mustard Seed
1 Tablespoon Chilies
1/2 Tablespoon of Black Pepper

3/4 Cup of  Quick Oats
2 Tablespoons of water

 Toppings of Choice, in the image I have Red peppers, Spinach, and mangos

Spicy Corn (Side Dish)
1 Cup of Corn
1/2 Tablespoon of Paprika
1/2 Tablespoon of Hot Chilies
1/2 Black Pepper
Dash of Lemon Juice
