Perfect Bedtime Meal From Inner Armour

Are you looking for the perfect bedtime meal to help you build muscle and improve recovery? This is a very quick meal that you can put together in minutes that will have you feeling full and your muscle primed for growth with a sustained release of aminos into the blood stream for hours.

What you need:
Inner Armour Nitro Peak
Inner Armour Casein
1/4 tbs unsweetened cocoa powder
1  tbs of Natural PB/Almond Butter

Instructions:
All all ingredients into a bowl. Add water slowly until completed mixed into a pudding texture.

Protein Flavours that i'm using are the chocolate casein and the chocolate PB in the Nitro Peak. Of course you can mix any flavours that you'd like but this will give you a nice true chocolate PB taste when mixing together. Additional tip for the summer. Place the pudding into the freezer for 60-90 minutes until it hardens up similar to a cheesecake texture.
