Fat Burner Workout #3

With the Olympics just finishing it's a good time to get back out to the track!

Warmup: 800 m light jog

Workload: 8 x 100 m sprints
Sprint straight and walk the corners

Full Body Pump
30 Jumping Jacks
30 Body Weight Squats
30 Body Weight Lungs
20 Push Ups
