1 Minute Sprint at 8-11 mph
1 Minute Walk at 3.8-4.4 mph
Alternate Back and Forth for the 15 minutes
Body-weight Workout Series
20 Pushups
10-15 Pull Ups
10-15 Hanging Leg Raises
10-15 Sit Up and Knee Tuck
20 Crunches
Rest 60 seconds and repeat 4 times
