Warmup: 20 pushups + 20 light wide grip pulldowns (repeat 3 times with 30 second break)Workload: Wide Grip Pulldowns 10-12 reps superset with Reverse Grip Pulldowns 10-12 reps

Bent Over Barbell Row 4 Sets of 10 reps
(Load it heavy)
T-Bar Rows 4 Sets of 10 reps
Seated close grip Row Triple Drop set 10 reps each
(repeat 3 times)
Wide Grip Chin Ups 10 reps for 3 sets (30 seconds rest)
