ISO XP Pancakes [Breakfast For Serious Athletes]

What you'll Need
1 cup Egg whites
1 cup Oatmeal
1 scoop ISO XP
1 chopped Banana
1\4 cup chopped walnuts (Add in After Blended)

How To make It
1)Place all the ingredients above in a blender (Not walnuts) and blend for 20 seconds.
2) Drop in the chopped walnuts
3) In a Pre-heat frying pan pour the mixture and cook the first side for 2-3 minutes.
It will cook a hard crust on the bottom side and the top will begin to firm up.
4) Flip and cook for an addition minute on the second side.
5) Place and enjoy (Optional to use sugar free syrup)
