Product Review: JSK Protein Crunch 7/10

JSK Protein Crunch is an all natural high protein snack that is one of the cleanest that you'll find. It's one of the ready to go snacks that are great for a hiking trip or to bring camping with you.

Nutritional Makeup
Overall this part is very clean providing a quality 10 grams of protein, 7 grams of carbs, and 10 grams of fat. You are probably saying 10 grams of fat! yes but of that 10 grams, half of it is omega 6 fats (healthy fat) from all natural pumpkin and sesame seeds. As a whole there are only 4 ingredients which are pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, cane sugar, and sea salt. With minimum in ingredients and a healthy make up this is about as good as it can get for a snack. 10/10

Taste 
I was surprised by how good it was, not as good as a protein bar, but what you are getting in it, it's good. 8/10 only problem is you might eat the entire bag..

Price
This is the kicker.. it retails for close to $6 in Canada which in my opinion is a little bit too high. Great product but I couldn't see myself spending this amount of money on it. 5/10

Overall
This is a quality product and nobody can argue that point, but for the cost it's a hard sell. It's worth trying to treat yourself, but it wouldn't be something that you'd purchase regularly. Overall rating is 7/10
