Low Carb Chocolate Pancakes

Many of you are entering into a cutting or trimming phase to get back that beach body for summer and with that being said, i've been receiving a number of messages about how to make an oatmeal pancake the low carb way. I had to think about this one for a minute and try out a couple of different variations to get the one that tasted the best. Here's what I came up with:

What You'll Need:
1 tbs Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1 Scoop ISO XP Whey Protein
1/2 Cup Liquid Egg Whites
1/2 Cup Oatmeal
Dash of Cinnamon

How To Make:
Place all ingredients into a blender and and blend for 30 seconds. Pour mixture into a pre-heated frying pan on medium heat. Allow contents to firm up and create a brown bottom. This will take approximately 3 minutes for the first side, once this is done, flip the pancake and cook for an additional minute. This recipe will make one large plate size pancake. If you desire more, simply repeat to make multiple pancakes. These are great if you want to top them off with peanut butter, jams, berries, maple syrup, or preserves.
