Midnight Protein Fudge In 3 Easy Steps
This Midnight Protein Fudge is so easy to make that I don't even want to call is a recipe. It's just a mixture of pure goodness and its the very last meal of the day that I eat before jumping in bed. This is not a weight loss recipe, rather it's intended to be consumed during a bulking period to keep you in an anabolic state throughout the night. The natural peanut butter will dramatically slow down the absorption of the protein in your body as you sleep.
What You Need
2 Scoops Whey Protein
2 Tablespoons Natural Peanut Butter
1/2 of water (Depending on your protein, water amount will change)
Step #1
Place all ingredients in a flat dish and mix until the protein powder is completely absorbed in a liquid and no longer a powder. The amount of water needed will depend on your protein, but slowly add more water until all the powder and natural peanut butter is smooth with a similar consistency of pudding.
Step #2
Place in the freezer for approximately 2-3 hours until completely frozen.
Step #3
Eat with a knife and folk :) When you first take it out you'll find it hard to cut, by waiting a couple of minutes it'll soften up and become more manageable to cut. Enjoy! This is pure deliciousness
