Blend - Fry - Plate
Step #1
Place all ingredients below into a blender and blend for 30 seconds or until smooth. (Makes One Pancake, if you desire 2 double the recipe)
- 1/2 Cup of Oatmeal
- 6 Egg Whites
- 1 Tablespoon of Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 1/2 Tablespoon of Cinnamon

Pre-heat a frying pan on medium heat and apply a nonstick cooking spray to the pan. Pour the mixture into the frying pan and apply the contents for cooking to a solid state. The bottom will become brown and start to pull away from the pan (Approximately 3-4 minutes) and once this happens it's time to flip. Once flipped, the second side will only take 1 minute to complete and brown.Step #3
Plate and Enjoy! You can top off the oatmeal pancake with whatever toppings you'd like from sugar-free syrup, jam, peanut butter, fresh fruit, ext.
