Yes Please! Healthy Sweet Potato Fries Recipe and Cooking Instructions

Healthy cooking doesn't have to be plain and boring all the time and by adding a little touch to the staples in your diet, you'll be enjoy better food than your friends that eat the normal run of the mill human food. Sweet potatoes are rich in complex carbohydrates, dietary fiber, beta carotene, vitamin C, and vitamin B6. When comparing to normal white potatoes these are a far better source of energy with the added health benefit. Some of you might ask what's the difference between a Yam and a Sweet Potato and their is no real difference. It depends on the sweetness of the root and the geographical area that you are in will determine what they call it.

Sweet Potato Fries are one of my favorite things to make and here's how i make them.
What you'll need: 3 Large Sweet Potatoes, 1/4 Cup of Olive Oil, Spices (Ms. Dash Chipotle)

3 Sweet potatoes make 2 servings because they are that good!
I like using Ms. Dash products because they are Salt Free and can be found at any grocery store. (http://www.mrsdash.com/products/Chipotle/13)
