In honor of the American Thanksgiving I wanted to share with you this great tasting (and healthy) smoothie that is out of this world delicious
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (Any brand)
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/4 tsp Vanilla extract
1/3 c. canned pumpkin
1 tsp Flaxseed Oil
1/3 c. canned pumpkin
1 tsp Flaxseed Oil
Cinnamon (for added flavor)
6 ice cubes
For additional flavor and taste add the following:
Nutmeg (for added flavor)
Splenda (for some sweetness)
Place all ingredients in the blender and enjoy
